DAILY HABITS TO BOOST YOUR SMARTNESS


Some of the daily habits that can boost your smartness as it has boosted mine.

Read a newspaper daily to keep yourself updated about the events occurring in your country as well in other countries. It widens your knowledge and perspective about life. Also, it helps you to seek knowledge and opinions on various topics. This is the best way to improve your English by reading an English newspaper. it will be easy for you to relate to other people who often talks about current events and politics. I have become a avid newspaper, magazines, books and blogs reader. Stay fit: do exercise daily and have a healthy diet. Drink plenty of fresh healthy fruit juices, have all necessary supplements in your diet. Starting your day with breakfast can help give you the energy and nutrients you need for exercise. And keeps your mind active for the rest of the day. You need to get the right types of food at the right times of the day. Learn about the importance of healthy breakfasts, workout snacks, and meal plans In my later podcast/blog. Exercise stimulates brain chemicals that help produce feelings of happiness, contentment and relaxation. Who doesn’t want to be happy? Who doesn’t want to have a perfect body. All of you can have that.

Adopt a productive hobby, something that can relax you. Something you are passionate about. Read Good Books, its a great way not only to escape your daily stresses, but also to explore your interests. Try to read one chapter of a book daily. Walk the Dogs have a little spare time during your day and look into becoming a dog-walker. You can even earn from it. Write blogs that is a form of online journals if you love writing and want to express your thoughts and experiences to the world. Wordpress.com is a very good way to start it. Craft something or draw. Or start some fun online courses can be Zumba classes, or make up or cooking or anything. Learn to make app or website. There are plenty of course out there with just one click reach.  

Explore new areas that is not your field of work. Can be music, sports, websites, fashion etc. anything.. Learn something new and master it. Hang out and have conversation with people who are smart and intelligent. Who helps you boost your skills and knowledge. You can also subscribe to feeds of interesting people on twitter on any social networking sites. 

Write a journal every day. Put your thoughts down in writing. After end of each day write down what you learned and did. Come up with 5-10 ideas daily and write them down to increase your thinking ability. Set a to do list for the day. And strive to accomplish it. Use word of the day app to learn new word every day and boost your vocabulary. Last but not the least, set aside some time to do nothing. Keep that time for your self and just relax.
